Calming the Chaos
Ep. 1: November 19, 2015
Come on a journey with us as we try to see clearly while moving at the speed of light! ZenDotCom is your chance to hear great tips on finding balance and focus while navigating through your world of deadlines, personal demands and a life that seems to be going full speed all of the time.
On this episode we dig into the show concept by asking a few guests how they try to achieve Zen while leading crazy, busy lives. Maria, Ashley and Leila talk to us about surfing, dancing, yoga and the successes and challenges around meditation. Oh and yoga booties!
After listening to this show please help us out by throwing down your thoughts on the show concept and take a short survey. We want to make a show about Zen that will inspire you (not put you to sleep) so let us know what you'd like to hear in future episodes.
